Our team
Hello and welcome.
Hi, my name is Giulia.
I am a Provisional Psychologist at Tailoring Therapy.
In my therapeutic approach, I bring empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s uniqueness. I aim to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore the parts of yourself that need time and care.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Cognitive Psychology and Psychobiology. My academic background is complemented by advanced training in forensic psychology and professional development courses focused on therapeutic intervention and ethics. These studies have laid a strong foundation for my clinical work and continue to guide my ongoing growth as a practitioner.
My approach is relational and collaborative — I see therapy as a shared process where we explore challenges together, such as life changes, relationship patterns, or mental health concerns. I have a particular interest in supporting adults navigating emotional distress, self-doubt, or interpersonal difficulties.
Depending on each client’s needs and goals, I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, ACT, and relational approaches. I value the flexibility to adapt my approach to each individual’s context, and I regularly engage in supervision and professional development to continue refining and expanding my practice.
My clinical experience includes work in both private practice and multidisciplinary settings. I have supported clients across the lifespan and worked alongside professionals in psychodynamic and systemic-relational frameworks. These roles deepened my understanding of therapeutic alliance, cultural responsiveness, and tailored care.
Since relocating from Italy to Australia, I’ve continued to grow personally and professionally, deepening my understanding of ethics, client care, and clinical engagement within a new cultural context.
I offer therapy in both English and Italian, supporting bilingual clients who may feel more comfortable expressing themselves in their native language.
I bring a thoughtful, compassionate presence to each session, and a strong belief that seeking psychological support is a meaningful act of personal strength.
Whether you're navigating uncertainty, seeking clarity, or hoping to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to support you — at your own pace, in your own way.
