Our Team

Sara Mazzucchi

Independent Consultant, Registered Counsellor, Mental Health Practitioner and Relationship Therapist

  • Diploma in Counselling, Cert IV Mental Health, Bachelor of Sociology.

My approach is client-centred, empathetic, and collaborative. I use evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Empathy, authenticity, and empowerment are at the core of my practice. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings openly.

  • My expertise includes managing stress, overcoming anxiety, dealing with depression, addressing relationship challenges, and enhancing self-esteem.

I also specialise in therapeutic approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness practices tailored to individual needs.

  • I have always been deeply passionate about helping others navigate life's challenges. Understanding human behaviour and guiding people toward emotional well-being and personal growth is incredibly fulfilling for me.

  • Witnessing clients grow, build resilience, and achieve breakthroughs that lead to a more balanced and fulfilling life. Helping others transform challenges into opportunities for growth is truly inspiring.

  • To empower you with tools and strategies for resilience, enhance self-awareness, and help to achieve emotional well-being.

Together, we work toward creating lasting, positive change and personal growth.

  • Outside of work, I enjoy activities that promote mindfulness and balance, such as yoga, walk in nature, painting and reading. I also have a keen interest in exploring social dynamics and cultural perspectives, which enriches my understanding of human behaviour.

  • Growing up in an environment where emotions were not openly accepted shaped my sensitivity and awareness of emotional dynamics.

As a child, I often felt deeply affected by the emotions around me and developed coping mechanisms to shield myself from judgment and shame. Over time, I came to understand the profound impact of these experiences and how vital it is to embrace emotions as a guiding force. This personal journey inspires my work, as I strive to help others understand, accept, and use their emotions as a roadmap to navigate challenges and achieve personal growth.

Roberta Scutellaro

Psychotherapist

  • Bachelor and Master’s in Psychology, Ongoing Graduate Diploma in Relationship Counselling.

My approach is Psychodynamic, attachment-based, trauma-informed, compassion focused, EFT.

Empathy, compassion, authenticity and congruence, non-judgemental attitude are at the core of my practice.

I believe in inclusiveness, genuine curiosity, respect for human dignity and using a ‘what-happened-to-you VS What’s-wrong-with-you approach’.

  • My expertise includes attachment issues, relationship issues, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, trauma and neglect.

With a genuine interest and curiosity, I create an emotionally safe space by showing empathy, compassion and setting clear boundaries, paired with a bit of humour, when appropriate.

  • I have always been fascinated by the human mind and the environment's profound impact on shaping who we become.

I chose Psychology to help others heal from past experiences and reconnect with their true selves, enabling them to live more authentic and fulfilling lives.

  • The profound magic and power in the act of truly attempting to understand someone. This effort alone can foster a deep sense of healing and connection within my clients.

  • The heart of every session, and the foundation for everything else we work on, is to emotionally hold my clients. When they feel truly held and safe, it opens the door to self-awareness, meaningful insights, and the possibility of real, lasting change.

  • Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, bouldering, hiking, dancing (swing/salsa), and reading.

  • I have witnessed firsthand the profound impact that isolation and disconnection can have on mental well-being. This inspired me to dedicate my studies and career to fostering connection and helping people understand that they are not alone and that someone else cares.

Mauro Daviddi

Independent Consultant, Registered Counsellor and Relationship Therapist

  • Diploma in Counselling, Gottman Method, NLP.

My approach is primarily the Gottman Method, blending with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Focused Therapy to tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs.

My core belief is that every individual has the potential to grow and succeed. I also hold myself to the principle of embodying what I teach, ensuring authenticity in my practice.

  • My expertise includes relationship counselling, men’s mental health, and relationship education, with a focus on fostering connection and growth.

  • My journey into psychology began with a desire to improve myself and strengthen my relationships. Through my studies in counselling, I discovered that relationships are a skill we can learn and nurture.

This realisation fueled my passion for working with couples, inspired by thought leaders like John Gottman and Esther Perel. I find immense joy in helping couples overcome challenges and walk out with renewed hope, holding hands and looking forward to a brighter future together.

  • The most fulfilling aspect of my work is witnessing the incredible transformations people can achieve when guided with care, love, and passion. Seeing couples rebuild their connection and envision a stronger future together inspires me every day.

  • My primary goal is to help clients create meaningful, lasting change, no matter how small. By fostering growth and resilience, I empower clients to take steps toward a more fulfilling life.

  • Outside of work, I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, and spending quality time with family and friends. These activities help me recharge and bring balance to my life.

  • My desire to be a good partner and build a successful marriage deeply influenced my career path. My personal journey has taught me the importance of growth, communication, and connection in relationships, which I now strive to share with others.

Federica Zamboni

Owner and Director, Psychologist and Clinical Psychosexual Therapist

Currently on maternity leave

  • I am a registered Psychologist and Sexologist and the Director of Tailoring Therapy. I believe that psychological interventions and therapy should be tailored to the person's uniqueness. In my approach, I aim to provide knowledge and education, develop awareness, and encourage change, if that is what you are seeking.

I believe therapy shouldn’t feel like a rigid corset or tight pants, but like something that can be moulded and shaped to suit you and where you are at, both mentally and physically. Just like the same piece of fabric will fit differently on different people, the same goes for therapy. Together we will work on creating the perfect fit.

  • Tailoring Therapy is based on learning scientifically sound and proven information about you. Developing awareness of how this new knowledge applies and is affecting you, and then choosing if and what to change and how to do it.
